If you are not satisfied with the product or service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked. More precisely, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. We encourage you to try the product/ service in the first two weeks after its purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Additionally, upon your programme completion, if you’re not satisfied with your results, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 10 calendar days after the completion of the programme. Programme completion is the attendance of all the programme units as well as the implementation of the action items required for every unit. Every programme unit lasts one week.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all our mentoring products and services offered to organisations. These are completely customised to the specific needs of the organisation we partner with. Therefore, terms and conditions of our full money-back guarantee are tailored to the needs of the organisation, specified and determined by the agreement between Jim Panos and the organisation. 

In case the guarantee and refund terms and conditions are not determined in the agreement between the parties, the organisation is entitled to ask for a full refund in 15 calendar days upon the delivery of our products or services.
